Resume Advice
Try to restrict the use of words like 'dynamic' and 'mature'. They add absolutely nothing in describing who you are. Resumes should have less adjectives than verbs. Tell the reader what you can do for them and less about who you are. Most readers will want to meet you to figure out who you are for themselves.
Unless your profession is a creative one, your resume should merely tell your professional tale in as few words as possible. I find that people that want to veer off the norm tend to fail. If you are unfamiliar with resumes (not a hiring manager, HR professional, or recruiter), then just use a common template, often found in resume books. If you are in a creative field, make sure that your portfolio can be found on a website all your own.
Oh yeah, words. I recently represented a woman with a very full twenty year career. She was able to capture all of her positions and accomplishments on two pages. No, the font wasn't too small to read. No, she wasn't a loser. She merely understood that this is merely a place to give people a taste of who you are. The biggest moments need to be added, but things secondary to them can be saved as wonderful tales for interviews.
